Minimum requirements to use zero touch provisioning for your Yealink phone

To use the zero touch auto provisioning with Amernet service please use the following steps.

  1. Ensure that your yealink phone is on firmware version x.71xx or higher

  2. When you have confirmed your phone has the correct firmware installed on the phone. For exsisting customers please send in the phone's MAC address via email to ticket@amer.net
    For new customers please speak with your Amernet representative regarding to send the MAC information to.
  3. After you have recieved confirmation that your device MAC address has been recieved and configured. You will be informed when to reboot your yealink phone.
  4. Please ensure that the yealink phone is able to get out to the internet when you perform the reboot.
Your Yealink phone will now automatically be provisioned to use Amernet's VoIP services.
